I recently had the pleasure of staying at Como Yamu Point, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and a serene atmosphere that provided the perfect escape. However, what truly sets Como Yamu Point apart is their exceptional staff. I would like to give special recognition to Pat, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. I encountered an unexpected issue with my credit card, which could have been quite stressful. Pat handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and creativity, quickly finding a solution that allowed me to continue enjoying my stay without any disruptions. Pat’s dedication to providing top-notch service, combined with their problem-solving skills, made all the difference. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ well-being is truly commendable. Our stay at Como was flawless. We loved the design of the hotel. Every corner well thought. The food was sensational: amazing breakfast and the thai restaurant...simply delicious. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with anything. The kids club was simply amazing. A lot of activities for the kids...our daughter didn't want to leave that place. The nurses were also super professional and helped us every day with a wound our daughter had. The spa was also a great experience for the whole family (even our small daughter enjoyed a massage). The views were always truly impressive. Almost any point of the hotel offers breathtaking panoramas. It was truly a memorable experience for the whole family.

Room was great, upgraded to Phang Nga Pool Suite which had a lovely big pool. Room itself was huge and spacious, gorgeous free standing bath which was relaxing for the evening. Very clean. Staff so polite and helpful. Great location to reach Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and the rainforest in the north for hiking. Hotel offers day trips to Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha and various other options. We did 1 trip with the hotel and it was great. Huge hotel pool is lovely, as is the hotel design full of open spaces and sweeping views. Curries in the Thai restaurant on site were delicious.

big fan of Como group. two restaurant in hotel is both so delicious!! staff is very passionate and nice. we really like the peace and quiet location. staff Wow was super nice and helpful to help us manage the boat trip from outside. thank you 😊
