Room was great, upgraded to Phang Nga Pool Suite which had a lovely big pool. Room itself was huge and spacious, gorgeous free standing bath which was relaxing for the evening. Very clean. Staff so polite and helpful. Great location to reach Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and the rainforest in the north for hiking. Hotel offers day trips to Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha and various other options. We did 1 trip with the hotel and it was great. Huge hotel pool is lovely, as is the hotel design full of open spaces and sweeping views. Curries in the Thai restaurant on site were delicious.

This is an exquisite hotel with spectacular views throughout, outstanding food options and the most amazing breakfast spread I have ever experienced. The photos do NOT do this place justice. The staff are stellar and in true Thai form incredibly hospitable and extremely attentive. This is a superlative hotel experience you will not forget. We are so glad we took a chance on this place because the photos do not relay the spectacular one of kind experience this hotel provides!
